ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will go towards your appointment. Appointment must be rescheduled within 4 days. You can ONLY reschedule your appointment once( within 4 days) meaning if your appointment is originally on a Friday, your appointment should be one day that next week. After that you will not get a refund Or be able to book another appointment unless you pay a new deposit! NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS. You will have a 15 min grace period from the time of your appointment. After 15 mins you will be considered late and a $15 fee will be charged. No show I will forfeit your chance to ever book again. All Sales are final.•All hair extensions services the (CLIENT provides the hair). However, bundles are on hand and available for purchase from me.
